Terms of service

Nothing in these Terms (as defined below) is intended to, or functions to, limit your rights at law.
1. About us
We are Bev Global Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14497486, and our registered office is at St. Martins Court, 10 Paternoster Row, London, United Kingdom, EC4M 7EJ (“we”, “our”, “us”). Our VAT number is 449687627. We offer products for sale (“Product” or “Products”) through our website: www.eauyeswater.com (“Website”).
THESE TERMS APPLY ONLY TO PRODUCTS WHICH YOU HAVE ORDERED FROM OUR WEBSITE.

2. These terms
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern any order you place (“Order”) through our Website. Please be aware that these Terms may have changed since you last reviewed them. These Terms were last updated on 01/05/2025.
3. Your Order
When you place an Order through our Website, you are hereby agreeing to these Terms. Once you place Products in your basket and proceed to checkout, you will need to fill in the details of your delivery as well as relevant billing information which we may request to process payment for your Order.
After you place an order, you should receive a confirmation email to the email address you have provided. Please note that this confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your Order, and we reserve the right to refuse your Order at our sole discretion. If any payment has been processed by us and we subsequently refuse your Order, we will refund such amounts to your payment method within 3-5 business days.
4. Our acceptance of your Order
We will have accepted your Order once the Products have been dispatched, and we will accordingly send you a confirmation email stating that the Products have so been dispatched along with an estimated delivery range.
5. Rejecting or refusing your Order
Sometimes we reject or refuse orders, for example, because a Product is unexpectedly out of stock, or because you are located outside the delivery areas, as stated on our website. When this happens, we let you know as soon as possible and refund any sums you have paid.
6. Payment
We accept payments using the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Shop Pay, UnionPay.
We take payment upon the placing of your Order, therefore please ensure your payment method is valid and the details are correct; we will not be responsible for any delay in processing your Order if such delay is caused by a failed payment or any other incorrect details we may find in your order.
7. Delivery
We use a third party carrier service to deliver your Products. Our delivery estimate is not a guarantee for delivery on the specified date or date-range, and sometimes our carrier may experience delays in delivering to you. Where Products remain undelivered for more than five (5) business days past the latest date for estimated delivery, please contact us and we will endeavour to find a resolution for you, whether that involves redelivery of the Products, a refund, or an amended date for delivery.
Ownership and risk in and to the Products shall pass to you upon successful delivery.
8. Failed delivery
Where we have attempted to make delivery but failed, due to your failure to attend the delivery or accept the Products for whatever reason, or due to your delivery information being inaccurate, we will return the Products to ourselves and refund you the price you paid for the Products and any standard delivery fees. Please note, where you have opted for next day delivery or any other delivery aside from our standard service, we will not refund you the amount paid for such service.
9. Interest on late payments
If we're unable to collect any payment you owe us we charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 3% a year above the Bank of England base rate from time to time, and where such base rate is below 0, we will charge 3%. This interest accrues on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. You pay us the interest together with any overdue amount.
10. Delays outside our control
If any of our obligations under these Terms are delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won't compensate you for the delay, but you can contact our Customer Service Team: at info@eauyeswater.com to cancel your Order and receive a refund for any Products you have paid for in advance, but not received.
11. Our Products
A Product's true colour may not exactly match that shown on your device or in our marketing or its packaging may be slightly different.
Our Products are all provided subject to availability, and we may refuse or reject your Order if the Products you have requested are unavailable.
You have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your Order and receive a refund of what you paid for it, including standard delivery costs. If you have paid for non-standard delivery costs, including but not limited to next day delivery, these costs will not be refunded.
We cannot offer refunds or returns for Products which have been damaged or unsealed after you receive them.
13. Communicate your cancellation
To let us know you want to change your mind, contact our Customer Service Team: info@eauyeswater.com. We will provide you with information on how to return the Products and we will either provide you with a pre-paid label for you to print, or alternatively where we are unable to send you a pre-paid label, we will refund the cost of sending the Products to us. Where we refund you the cost of your return, please make sure you keep the receipt evidencing your postage payments. Within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Products, we will issue you with a full refund, including the price of postage for the return (if applicable), to the payment method you used to place your Order, provided that you have not damaged or unsealed the Products in any way. Please note – where you return your Products to us, you are responsible for packaging the Products responsibly and carefully to minimise the risk of breakage. Contact us if you need further information on the best way to achieve this.
14. Defective Products
If any Products are damaged or faulty when delivered to you, or not as described, you can return the Product to us and receive a replacement Product or a refund. Please make sure you check the Products when you receive them and let us know as soon as possible once you identify a defect or fault, by contacting us at info@eauyeswater.com.
We may ask for further information, including asking you to take a photo of the Products in their original packaging, as they were delivered to you. Once we accept your claim, we will provide you with more information on how to return the Products to us and, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Products and being able to inspect them, we will either refund you the full amount you paid, to your payment method, or contact you for further information.
Please note that if you fail to provide evidence when requested, or if we determine that the Products are not faulty or defective, and as described, we may refuse to provide you with a refund. You still have the right to raise a complaint or pursue matters further in court or otherwise.
15. We can terminate our contract with you
We can end our contract with you for a Product and claim any compensation due to us if you do not make payment to us when due, or if you breach any of these Terms.
16. Our liability
You agree not to purchase or use our Product for any business, commercial or resale purposes and if you do, we will have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of business opportunity or any other loss which can be excluded under applicable law relating to your use of the Product.
We are also not responsible for any unexpected losses, loss caused by an event outside of our control (see 10. Delays outside of our control), or avoidable losses.
Other than as set out above, we are liable to you for any breach of these Terms by us, and nothing in these Terms excludes our liability (if any) to you for:
· breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession) or sections 13 – 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples); or Part 1 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
· fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
· any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
17. Data protection
How we use any personal data you give us is set out in our Privacy Notice.

These Terms, and any dispute under these Terms, are governed by English law. You agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction of any disputes or claims that arise in relation to these Terms. If you reside in another country, we may bring claims against you in that country.
20. Other important terms apply to our contract
We may transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations under these Terms, to another organisation. We will always ensure that any such transfer will not affect your rights under these Terms. You cannot transfer your rights and obligations to anyone else without our prior written consent.
This contract is between you and us. Nobody else can enforce it and neither of us will need to ask anybody else to sign-off on ending or changing it.
If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. We might not immediately chase you for not doing something (like paying) or for doing something you're not allowed to, but that doesn’t mean we can't do it later.
